I've never had a gorilla or a monkey, and quite frankly I'm not fond of their designs. I've also never had a octopus, deer, or a hamster (but that's to be expected since this is my only New Leaf playthrough). I've been playing AC since GC.

I've never had a Kangaroo, Cow, or Lion in a town that I actually kept, though I have had them on some resets.

If I remember right, I've never had any Elephants, Hippos, Monkeys, Ostriches, Deer, or Hamsters.

I had them all but ostrich and kangaroo are rare for me.

There's a lot of villager species I've yet to have in my town. The list of the ones I have had is probably shorter.
Of note, I don't recall ever having any cats, wolves, or any of the larger mammals (elephant, gorilla, hippo).

Since gamecube I've yet to have any hamsters, deers and monkeys. I've gotten at least one of every other kind, though.

I've only had WW and NL, but Pashmina was my first goat, Merengue was my first rhino, Queenie my first Ostrich, Anchovy my first bird,and Zucker my first octopus (I didn't know they existed...) Still never had a monkey (besides campers) and wanted one soo bad in WW >.<
