I’m a little confused because I see people talking about the RISK of it on this forum but I haven’t seen anyone saying that it has happened to them since they updated the game a few days ago. Has it been patched?
A few users have reported having glitches involving " 's House" and "I've moved out" even after the patch (1.1.2 I think).
If you're moving in an amiibo villager, there is no harm. The risk involves adopting villagers who being removed from towns due to amiibos taking their place.
Nintendo patched the glitch that causes an issue when you adopt a villager that was forced out via Amiibo
A few people have reported a glitch where if you invite a villager in via Amiibo and kick out a villager, the new villager still has the old villager's house. I haven't experienced this and I've moved villagers in via Amiibo!
