Is Tangy popular? - New Town!

So I do have Tangy and Kid Kat and Bruce as starters and I think they are pretty lovely for a cycling town...what do you think?

Great! Tangy is the most popular and Bruce is the least out of those three, however he is kind of popular?

Just about any cat villager is popular but I think Tangy is one of the really liked ones. I know that all the deer villagers are extremely popular.
