Is possible to build a house here?

I was thinking get the 3rd character here in my town.

It looks like it might be a little too close to the river. Not 100% sure though.

I don't think so either, I think there has to be 2 blank spaces on each side for a villager to plot there.

Wait, are we talking about a villager plot or a playable character?

Oh yeah, I misread that too. A third character for sure wouldnt fit there, as the houses are actually 3x5 I think? Maybe even 4x5?

3x5 plus 1 tile in front of the door and 1 tile of dead space all around.

I tested it out and Tommy said it's too close for Train racks and river. WHY

Yeah, I knew it. There needs to be a space for further renovation.

Yeah it did seem too close to the river and tracks Hopefully you can find another spot for a character to plot (ik the struggle if this haha)
