Pokémon Is mega lucario good?

I have a lucario from X+Y that i always thought was the best

he has a Hasty nature, Steadfast

and his moveset is: Power-up punch, extreme speed, quick guard and bone rush... do you think he would be a good mega or should i give him a different moveset?

He's a good mega but there are defiantly better options
