Is Leif meant to be present on your island throughout the event?

Does anyone know if Leif is meant to be on your island throughout the whole nature event, not counting the days that Kicks is visiting? Or is it just random days

it’s random days! he’s a traveling npc so even after nature day is over, he’ll still show up on random days like kicks, saharah, etc

Random. He's a rotating NPC with Kicks, Label and the rest.

he's random, but actually he'll be present even after the event... they didn't make this clear though so i understand the confusion from lots of people, the majority don't even know if he'll show up again the next day. basically he's a new random NPC now same as the likes of sahara, kicks, gulliver etc. he's just added on to the update.
