Is it possible to get villagers to buy your designed clothes faster\instantly? Or is that completely random? Or can I do something to make them buy it? I want all my villagers to have nice warm sweaters... Thanks!

Honestly I think it's really based off chance. Just put your designs for display and just wait a while. I know your design gets a better chance if another villager is wearing it and talks to another villager, but it all depends of waiting and chance sadly.
