I'm so dumb by accidentally sending my TBT to the wrong person, is there any way I could possibly get it back? It was only 175, which isn't that bad but I wouldn't mind getting it back. Any help is very much appreciated, thank you.

First, ask the person you sent it to for it back. If they decline, contact a mod.

Norski's advice is the best. If the member you sent it to refuses to send it back or is inactive, a moderator will correct the mistake for you

I suggest informing the person that you accidentally sent them TBT and that You'll be getting a mod to return it to you as the same thing happened to me and the recipient hasn't been active for years. I never got my item back personally but I guess there's a reason, but yeah the mods are your friends
