Is it possible to adopt campers from other towns?

Lets say I had Marshal in my campsite and somebody wanted him but I didn't have room, would I be able to open my gates so they can get him to move to their town? *Just a example, haven't got Marshal in my campsite but this is for further notice ^^

We may wish to have it, but it makes little sense. "Hey, I'm camping in this nice town!" "Well, I'm the mayor of some OTHER town! How about you move there?" "Uhhhhhh."

They should let you ask someone to camp in your town, and if the mayor of the original camping town doesn't take the animal in, they show up in your camp a few days later.

Kind of off topic, but it'd be nice to have some kind of invite feature of a particular personality or animal type... it'd definitely narrow down who shows up in the campsite. ^^
