... some villagers will never give you a pic? Like, is it actually possible that some animals don't even have one to offer? I go into dream towns and I've read a list of NL pics available and I noticed some neighbors aren't on the list and I haven't really seen a lot of the other neighbors pics in players dream towns.

I don't think so. I think you have to be able to physically achieve a point where you have earns every villagers pic. A lot of people don't bother trying to get them though.

Probably not..maybe the ones you see in dream towns that people don't have are harder to befriend than other villagers. That's what it seems like. I'd assume the cranky's are the hardest to get pictures from?

Today I got my first picture and it was from a cranky villager! I don't know if they're harder, but I guess it really just depends on how you befriend them? I got his picture when he asked me for furniture and I gave him a Super Mushroom.
