Is it okay for a cat to eat bugs?

Last week, my cat cuaght a moth and ate it.
Then just now, she saw a spider string down from the ceiling
the played with it before she ate it..

This is getting wierd O.O
Is it healthy? or worse posionous

I doubt that any bugs in Illinois could be dangerous.

FACT: Humans eat up to 5 spiders a year in the sleep.
I know its not as much as your cats eating but if it doesn't harm humans I'm sure cats would be okay.
