Is it normal for items to show up at different times?

I ordered a few items from my catalog and 10 items arrived but I am still missing at least one is this normal? WIll it arrive later? Ive never done this before so just wondering.

Your mailbox can only hold up to ten letters, so you may need to wait for the next delivery if you order a lot of items at a time. The usual delivery times are 9 AM and 5 PM each day.

It is normal. You receive the next load of your letters at 5 in the afternoon ^^

I thought it was after 9pm for the second lot o.o
