he's leaving on the 15th (i think), i never liked him all that much so it wouldn't be fair to exploit him for bells or ask for anything in return
i'm not willing to TT him out but i just want to secure something in advance because i know it blows to miss out on a villager you really really want because your town is full, so this gives you a few days to make room for him if you'd like to have him!
