Is COD4 a rare game?

I finally found it at Gamestop a used copy. It was $54.99, But should I pay that much for it? Also, It's for the XBox360.

Damn, It sure is rare in my town .I expect it be sold everywhere but nobody has it. I had tried Blockbuster, Wal-Mart, Target and just happen to walk into Gamestop and happened to find it in the xbox360 shelf.
