Pokémon Is Briar evil in S/V DLC?

For anyone that has watched the latest Pokémon Presents you may have noticed a new character...

This is Briar. A teacher from Blueberry Academy that will accompany you for your visit to Kitakami. She also is also interested in Terastal, evident by those earrings. I know...those eyes are totally not suspicious and vibing evil...and don't even mention the Violet Book top and Scarlet pants. Quite a paradox huh?

No idea who Briar is other than the explanation you just gave, but I feel like maybe she's evil or maybe she isn't, depending on the PC's interactions with her.

I think she is. She'll be at least very important for the story because she has the S/V book pattern on her clothes, other than the earrings...
