Ironically, finding 'low tier' dreamies seems to be much harder than 'high tier' ones

I think I'm going to have a hard time finding Savannah in the VTP, since she's Tier 5 and I've only seen giveaway threads for her.

It's not ironic. The popular villagers are "worth" lots of bells, so people void the "unpopular" ones to find a popular one to sell.

yup, most people auto void them because they think they're not worth selling and can't be bothered to give them away on VTP, but you can find lower tier villagers from time to time on The Official Looking for/Trading/Buying Thread ^^

Yea, at least they are cheap. If you are trying to get one from a cycling thread though, you gotta keep your eyes open or else they will be put on auto-void, and they will be voided.

That is true. I am lurking all cycling threads I found and I check them every time someone bumps the threads. I think I am finally close to having my dreamie, though, since I found a cycling thread where the user have Carmen in their town, so I reserved her.
