You can get email, youtube, app store, itunes and there's loads of games. I'd recommend it but the only part that isn't so good is the sound without headphones. Even on full blast it's not that loud but with headphones it's great.

There is speakers on 2nd generation but it's not that good, The 3rd generation has good speakers. The first one has none.
