When I plugged in the ipod to the computer to let it recharge, it didn't do anything, I don't think. It's on my mom's computer, which is five years old and has crashed multiple times: it's really crappy. Anyway, I unplugged the ipod around an hour later, and it hadn't charged at all. I tried to go to the menu and raise the volume...the sound effect was there, yet the screen was frozen. It won't work. It's been that way. I can't get on itunes on the computer either.
Ideas?

its frozen?
i think you have to hold the middle button and the botton button at the same time, and it should restart itself. (i think those are the buttons)

Alright, I'll try it. The computer said, when I tried to get on itunes, that the ipod or something needed to be reformated. I dunno... I'll just try what you said. If it works, thanks a lot.
