IPHONE USERS! HELP!

Okay I'm trying to change/put a ringtone on a co-workers Iphone 3GS and I'm having some issues...sooo help!

From the main screen, I push the Safari icon to log on the internet and it brings me to an iForgot screen wanting a password retrieval. The two options to chose are "enter your apple id" and "forgot apple id". We have already "entered the id" and reset the password. We cannot find a way to enter both and bypass this IForgot crap and use the internet.....................

If you don't know how to help me, don't post. I will delete your post. I honestly hope Tye will see this thread...

Your co-worker would have to give you his/her information . Besides that you'll need to restore and that will wipe the whole iPhone. A restore would then restore everything from the last sync. I wouldn't think your co-worker would be happy if he/she sees that his/her iPhone has been restored.

She did give me her info. But I did a bit of "work" on it and got around it. So it's all good now.
