...I could see myself eventually redesigning my entire island. I don't just mean making changes in the decorations... More like moving all buildings to the beach, flattening cliffs, erasing rivers and ponds, and starting from scratch. I'm quite happy with my island right now, so this wouldn't be anytime soon, but I could see myself doing it in the future. Anyone else feel like this?
Definitely! If I don’t like it anymore, I could just redesign it. The only thing I can’t change is the Resident service, private beach, peninsula and airport. In fact, I had an I deal island map before finding the the map I have now. I was at first determined to get that specific map but 3 hours into resetting, I figured that i’m probably not gonna keep the map I had in mind and can just redo areas anytime. I like the map I have now and I can already think of some ideas that I can change my island into from what I have now. I’m just too lazy to do it
I've reterraformed the entire island about 5 times now before getting somewhere good. I am now a 5-star island. I'm still working on small improvements though. Mainly the neighborhood setup.

Oh I’m about to do this for the 2nd time lol. The first time I did it was when I unlocked terraforming and basically made a new map. Moved all houses and shops only to realize I hate it and that it was a bad use of space. Gotta spend all the bells to move everyone to the beach. Definitely gonna take it slower this time around
