Inquiring about the Bell Rock

as shown on the picture above you stand diagonal to the rock, dig hole behind yourself and hit the rock. You just need to hit is as fast as you can to obtain the 16k bells. When you don't use something behind you you have to keep running back to the rock once you get too far away which wastes time so I'm pretty sure it impossible to get 16K without using something behind you.

I always (literally always) have approximately 90k on hand at all times. I think that's my OCD though.

I'm the same way. I keep 50,000 bells on each of my characters and adjust it when I spend or earn some. It has to be exactly 50,000 xD

I usually skip the bell rock.

I'm also the same, but I keep 10k bells on hand instead.

I always hit the bell rock, everyday! I'm short on money (have a little more than 100k), so it's necessary.

Yep, I still do!! I'm often too tired to go catch beetles or trade TBT for IGB or any of the other ways to make bells, so it's a quick way to make a few thousand bells.
