Reservation Fee

Reservation fee for all villagers is 10 tbt I will not reserve them for you until payment is received.
Reservation fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
***IMPORTANT*** The reservation fee covers the time before the villager is in boxes, until the first 24 hrs after the villager is in boxes. After your reserved villager is in boxes, I will notify you via pm. If you are unable to pick up the villager within the first 24 hrs after the first notification then you must inform me and send me and additional 20tbt.If I do not receive payment, there will be no guarantee that I will hold the villager for you. They may be sold to someone else or voided.

Please no auctions or resells. Thank you.
General: First come, first serve. Lurkers are welcome. The lurkers list is only for villagers that have not yet arrived in my town. I do not keep track of those lurking for villagers in my town, I only keep track of reservations. Once a villager being lurked for arrives in town, all lurkers will be notified via pm. Tier 5 will be auto-voided, unless somebody reserves them/lurks for them or I am not cycling at the moment/offline.
Payment: If you are paying with TBT, please pay before you come and pick up your villager. If you are paying with in game bells, you may drop the bells near the train station. At the moment I am only accepting tbt.
If you enter my town: I will lead you to the villager's house. After you pay, I will end session. Do not pick weeds. Do not speak to any other villagers besides the one you are to pick up. Please refrain from wandering. That's it!
