I know, I am kind of weird but I actually enjoyed that they put little snippets about each art piece in the museum. I thought it was just nice
I wish they did the same for the fish, sea creatures, fossils, and bugs. I feel like what snippet they did put in the game through blathers is kinda lost or wasted because the only way you can see it now is if you have the creature/fossil and specifically ask one by one. It would just be better if they had it on the info signs.
Yeah, I noticed they had the info signs in NL. It was actually pretty nice.
Imagine you catch a fish or bug and donate it after it's out of season (I've done that) but you donate it with multiple things at once. You'd have to just catch another (which, obviously, would not be feasible) to be able to learn more about them... but that wouldn't be a problem if there were info signs. Oh, also, I imagine info signs wouldn't have pieces of Blather's biased opinions scattered throughout the text, and it would be more than, like, one little fact. Honestly, I want to know more about the Rainbow Stag besides the fact that it's rainbow colored.
I have missed a lot of the the info about fossils because I can't be bothered to hand them in one by one. It would be nice if they added the snippets back with more scientific info like in new leaf.
Yeah this is the one thing I'm disappointed about for the museum. It's such an upgrade in every other way. But I was really sad that there's no longer info on the exhibits, just the date donated. I love hearing what Blathers has to say, but it would be cool to have more scientific facts to read in the museum as well. I'm hoping they add this in one day.
