In the Dream Suite, do you ever search for towns using your name?

I don't do it too often since there's not many towns with players with my name in the database.

I never searched by my name, but I searched by my town name once and visited the 5 or 6 towns that showed up

I did it with my last town but I haven't tried it with this one. I think I might go do that now though because I'm curious.

I haven't done it for a while, but if I don't want to visit a random dream town I search for towns using my name or my town name
It's quite interesting and sometimes a little bit weird to see towns with the same name

I've searched on my name, on my town's name. Sometimes I'll search by region, and when I'm really bored, the first thing that pops into my mind. I searched for Brooklyn and there were a lot.

I found loads of people had a town named Ohana (my old town name) and I thought I was being unique xD

Nobody has my town name. I am unique. (lol, not really)

Though I did find someone that has my WW town name. (I try to never use the same name/theme twice, so)

Things I noticed:
They like Touhou, Gintama, and Black★Rock Shooter. Or at least they like Reimu, Sakuya, Kagura, and Black★Rock Shooter. (the titular character)

Also, Gladys is terrifying.

I just did and glad my town name Windbell only have two person appear =D and of cause my town look much better in comparison! And even more happier that my mayor name has NONE!! ahahaha my name is unique!!

My mayor name is uniquay too. My town name though... its crazy. There are so many Kantos!

I did that today, but only because someone else stumbled across my town by doing that! (The person who visited had the same name as me. That can't be a mere coincidence that they happened to end up in my dream.) So I wanted to visit their town in return, so I searched for my character's name. I found a lot of results, surprisingly, so many that I couldn't find the town. Maybe I'll search using the town name next time, rather than player name.

Speaking of which, I've never searched for my own town name before, but I already know there are plenty of Twinleaf Towns out there. Why? Because for starters, it's a Pokemon reference. That pretty much guarantees there will be a lot of them. Secondly, there are PEOPLE ON THIS VERY FORUM who also have a Twinleaf Town, apparently! Ha ha!

Even if we share the same names, our characters and towns are still unique in their own way.

the mayor went by the name of katsy
later that night i used facebook to find outmif it was anyone i knew
sure enough it was

I did and I saw two versions of my town. There is a dream of my town back in June and there's my current town.

I do, I found someone with the same name (Sarah) and town name (Narnia) which is so sad

I only did that ONCE. I think it's much better to visit people via town name, because at least if I choose their town I chose it 'cuz the name looked appealing to me. You don't really choose your name. It's given to you by your parents.
