✦Rules✦

✦ Villagers must be reserved, otherwise it will go to the first person to make note of them.
✦ Lurkers are welcome, only 3 per user. I cannot promise a notification for villagers that are not currently in my town, but I will try.
✦ Running is allowed, however all pickups must follow me, and are not allowed to wander unless there is a previous discussion of it.
✦ Pickups will pay on arrival to town, if being paid in btb then it should be paid before arrival. If paying in IGB, you should be sure to pay upon arrival to the town. (Either Error or The City)
✦ All villagers are are 100% original, or at least as original as I can keep them. Contagious clothes/catchphrases that cannot be avoided are possible.
✦ Reservations will be held 24 hours upon moving notice. If the reserver does not respond in 24-hours with confirmation, then the villager will be open to anyone.
✦ My timezone is EST, however I am a self employed freelance illustrator, so my availability is pretty wide around.
✦ I have two towns featured here, my main, Error, and The City, which is my cycling town. My main is temporary until I cycle out my unwanted villagers, and will be removed after.
✦ Prices are negotiable and if you would like to reserve & address the prices, feel free to PM me.
✦ In the event of multiple lurkers, if I have the time, I will allow everyone the opportunity to bid for the villager in question, if I do not however have the time, the first to respond will receive them.
