In need of towns to visit!

Does anybody open their town often? I need people to add me so I have towns to visit! Anybody! First of all... I may need help learning how to friend people. But I'm sure I probably won't have that big of an issue with it. I'm by no means a newbie to the game, I just haven't had wi-fi before. I want to do some shopping in other towns and just have fun.
