Impossible to get the bunny day bed :(

Apparently I never got the bunny bed on april 1 and now I can't complete the easter event does anyone know how I can fix it? I spent a lot of time doing the event but must not have talked to the bunny enough on april 1 to get the bed. I tried going back in time to april 1 but the bunny never shows back up.
Does anyone know what I can do to get the bed?
