Imagined Voices for Villagers and Shopkeepers?

Do you ever read characters' dialogue with particular voices? For example, I always read Lyle's dialogue in the voice of Gil, a recurring character from the Simpsons. It sort of happened automatically without really thinking about it, and I think it really suits him xD Blathers sort of channels Nigel Thornberry in my mind as well.

For my regular villagers, I always read Gloria as Daisy Duck, and Lionel as George Clooney as Everett from O Brother, Where Art Thou. I don't want Fop, godammit! I'm a Dapper Dan man!

As much as I hate to admit it, yes, my daughter and I have voices for ALL our villagers in AC

All the time XD Butch always ends up sounding like Goofy in my head when I read his dialogue... not sure why 0.o And Kicks sounds like Midgel from 3-2-1 Penguins, Zell sounds like Snagglepuss, Punchy sounds like Nermal from The Garfield Show, Jay sounds like T-Bone from Clifford, Lopez sounds like George Lopez... I could go on XD

Whitney sounds like Effie Trinket from the Hunger Games movies and Phil sounds like Falco did in Super Smash Bros Brawl, Brooklyn accent and all lmao
