Honestly when I first picked up the game I didn?t know allot about it because I like to go into new games blindly, so I had no idea about the face guide and all that. Secondly it?s the town layout it?s too obnoxious for me to really work with it. I don?t mind starting over the only thing I?m gonna miss really is the villagers I currently have (Diana, Julian, Chrissy, Marshal, Stutches, Zucker) With animal crossing on switch coming soon, would it be worth it??
Sounds like you only have one town. I can't speak fully, cause I've gotten my other town to hold my dreamies, but I'm pretty much in the same place as you are with your town. New Town -yeah such a creative name- was created when I knew little to nothing about the game, so everythin was made randomly. The layout sucks and I'm in the midst of recreating it now. Treehut already has my 2 dreamies, I've transferred all my non orderables and DLC, bells, designs I like, ect...
Even thou I plan on buying the Switch version of AC, I think it'll still be worth a shot to make your town look nice to you.
Yes I do have only one, honestly I’ve decided to go with the idea and sell my town, I learned that I can keep the catalog, I’m just trying to figure out how to town reset because rover only lets you look through a limited number of town maps that I recall from watching others do it.
Let's say once you sell your town and start the train ride again, and Rover gives you crud maps, you can shut off the game. From there you have to re-sell your town BUT you can look throu as many maps as you want.
I would say that it's worth it. We don't have an actual release date for Switch, so it could be this time next year that it's released and that's super far away. Completely up to you tho, i like to have at least 2 towns for variety so i don't get bored all the time and stop playing haha. I've been on way too many hiatuses so i'm determined to keep on playing! Hope this was helpful
I loved my old town , however there’s some things that I’m not 100% sure about, so I decided to restart my town. I do not regret it, just look for a town that has similar aspects of your old town. Like in my old town, I still plan on keeping the same old villagers, and very similar map and villager house placents and house deco, but I will remove the bad things I didn’t Like, for example the town name
Thank you all ^_^ it took some time but I finally found a really good town layout, and the native fruit is cherries which I’m extremely happy about my last town had pears, and I couldn’t believe my luck when I found a perfect cherry on my first day I was speechless!!
