Hmmm... It might be helpful to post your Dream Address if you have one so people can visit it and get an idea of the theme of your town to see what would fit in. I'd recommend a 2 x 2 PWP that lines up with the gap between the house and police station, otherwise it will look kind of weird with something like the fountain or fence being off-center with that gap.

Yeah, it'd be helpful if you post your dream address or say a more detailed explanation where that specific area is (apart from showing the police station)

anyway, i think that a zen garden (someone said that above too i think?) would look really cute there if it fits (based off of the screenshot),

Well, I think you should put a Statue Fountain and some flowers and bushes around it. But you could also build a Zen Garden or that clock which makes lights at night (I can't remember the name of that PWP :/ ), that would definetely suit that spot! Another PWP you could put there is the Bell or the Zen Bell. But remember to put some flowers and exspecially some bushes around the PWP you will finally decide to build, that will make that spot look greater, I think.
