I know it sounds crazy but it's true. I've just been enjoying wild world a lot more lately. Have any of you abandoned NL for any of the older AC games like CF, WW, or GC?

I never played GC but bought one off ebay recently, I doubt I'd abandon NL. I just love it way too much! I don't think I'll ever go back to CF, it was my first AC and I didn't like it very much, NL brought me back to the series so it's not likely I will abandon it any time soon.

I always find it's too hard to back to earlier versions because I'm too accustomed to all the shiny new stuff and hate having to go without it. The only one I've ever bothered replaying is the GC one because of the nostaligia factor, I'm not that bothered about the other two.

I find WW to be too like boring, and the graphics are so bad and nobody plays... But nether the less animal crossing of any sort can still be great fun!

well, WW has some of the best dialogue, save for a few hangups, so it makes sense. i only play it occasionally though, the graphics and controls skeeve me out now.

As much as I loved WW when it was a thing, I could never go back to it. I can't stand looking at the graphics anymore and there are so many NL features I would miss. XD I do get nostalgic from time to time though.

Sometimes I get nostalgic and load up my GC game. WW was the first Animal Crossing game I ever played, so of course it holds a special place in my heart, but it is so very boring compared to all the other games now haha.

I still like WW. I have stopped playing maybe a couple of months ago? when I got a second copy of NL. I can't do three games. lol. But I know I will go back and clean my town up periodically and play for awhile. The graphics don't bother me. I think the game is still charming. <3

I don't have a copy of WW but if I did, I might occasionally abandon NL for it. For me, it's a nostalgia thing, since it was my first AC game and I spent hours playing.

I turned on my ww game the other day.I thought it would be fun to see what my town looked like.

I couldn't stand the bad graphics.I kept accidentally picking up my furniture in my house.I will never play again.lol.

It was fun to see how I decorated so long ago, and also to see who my villagers were.

I would abandon it to play my WW if I was allowed to keep both AC games. When I got NL last year for my birthday, my dad sold WW. He doesn't quite seem to understand the concept of nostalgia, heh. But I would definitely visit ol' Treehut if it were still with me. I would also still get to see Melba... T-T I love WW besides. It was a lot of fun to play, despite the fact that I've never been able to play it with other people.

I tried to get back into my GC version. I really loved the bigger maps and 14 villagers!
However,...trying to play it again made me realize how bad the graphics were. Whenever you get to a new acre the screen does this "shifting" and not only does it hurt my eyes but also makes me feel ill now. It'll still be my
favorite version though...I just got spoiled with better/more fluid graphics/gameplay.

WW was kind of a woah moment to go back to as well comparing the graphics.

Ive played WW before, in a short matter of time though, nothing long term since I had an action replay to use it with, and literally no idea there were ACWW communities. So I practically played it alone. But I have played GC version and I would prob just go back for the memories of my first villagers and whom I've stucked with through the entire time. Other than that, I wouldn't abandon NL right away or if I could play the old versions, it's just...flowers and floral. I can't.

Oh... Sigh... I loved ww but will prob never pick it back up. I do however want to play the gc one again. I just need to get a new memory card. :)

I find it hard to go back and play older ones. I like to load up my old Wild World town sometimes to walk around a bit, but that's it.

well both GC and WW versions give me that nostalgia feel. I replayed GC only because i forgot some of the features and such, but WW had the best dialogue and hourly music <3 graphics would annoy me a bit but oh well.

I wouldnt abandon NL for anything, but i would certainly replay older versions ^^
