Ugh I could of sworn the only way to get a tenth villager is by inviting them, but some ugly villager moved in and has ruined my town( and path
My town's theme is supposed to be kawaii and this animal messed it up ugh I'm sooo mad.

Yeah, it's (unfortunately) not invite only, you cat get them from streetpass and from visitor's voids. I had Pietro's plot appear in my town one day because I forgot to turn off streetpass, (and, weirdly, he moved in later that same day, I didn't even know that was possible!!)
The best you can do is try to get a villager to move out, then another move in, then you can cycle out this new 10th villager since they won't request to move if they're your newest villager. So sorry to hear about this

Ugh, that sucks! That happened to me a few times throughout last year because I forgot to ask people if their voids were clear. -.-

I recommend not to do wifi/steetpass with anyone when you're at 9 villagers or under. There's always a chance you could get the other person's void if they have anyone it in. Clearing voids does not always work unless you have adopted out every villager that has moved out. I also recommend starting each day with a new character to check if the game has generated anyone random when you're at 9 villagers or under because you never know. Better safe than sorry!

I hope you get this unwanted villager out soon. It is possible to move out a 10th villager. You would have to wait until one of your other 9 ping to move out, convince them to stay, and eventually the 10th can ping to move out. Good luck!

If they moved in the same day you probably played before 6am and after. The day in game starts at 6am.

Same thing happened to me the other day -___- picked up Hazel from someone's void and she moved in a horrible spot. Crushed flowers, ruined a path, and tore down some trees/bushes. Ugh! I'm still time traveling to get her own as fast as possible.
