I had that happen to me before when Benjamin was sick. I had my gates open for my friend to go shop. It wasn't his bedtime yet so I knew he should have been awake and the door should have been open so I didn't understand why. I just brought him medicine and everything and saw the message freaked out a bit since I missed giving it to him. But after my friend finished shopping, I closed the gates and passed by his house and everything was normal. I always feel bad whenever my villagers are sick. Hope Peck gets better soon lol! If you gave him medicine for 3 days, then the next day should be when he's fine again.
