I'm Restarting will anybody help?

Thinking about restarting my town... aww man the PWP restrictions are just whats killing me. I have a great vision for my town and I think it would look awesome, but noooo Isabelle has to say "No Mr Mayor thats too close to plaza" but there's nowhere also to put em, D:

So I'm looking for a few trustworthy individuals who will hold my villagers and bells and hybrids while i try to find a new home.
I have quite a few villagers I want to keep. 6 in fact. They are Beau, Diana, Rolf, Peaches, Julian, and Hamlet. My other villagers will be up for grabs hopefully they'll find a good home. The other villagers are Mira, Ozzie, Poncho, Lionel.
