OP--look how nice people here are as they try and help you even though it's difficult to understand what you're having a problem with! (I think you said it was your phone, though...so I'm not trying to be mean about it.) I think you should give the site a chance, and give Re-Tail a chance. You'll figure out how things work fast enough, and probably end up liking it here.
