this thread doesn't really belong here but if you'd like to know the process:
someone buys a villager from a person on this forum with IGB/TBT (this forum's currency)
then, they add each other's friend code and the person who purchased the villager visits the town of the person who is selling and the buyer asks the villager to move to their town, then payment is sent!

To add onto what n0bo mentioned, these are just the details that I feel like are necessary to know :
I'm not sure if you already know this, but there's a pricing system to these villagers. There's a tier guide as a sticky on the forums if you need it as a price reference C: In order to transfer the villagers, you'll need to get them in boxes. If you have nine villagers and someone comes to pick up one of them (meaning there will be eight villagers after one moves out), I recommend quickly looking for another villager from a giveaway or to buy. It's sort of cheating the game in my opinion, but it's better to get a villager you like rather than getting a random villager from the void. We never know if we'll actually get a good villager from the void, but it's just what I do c: It's not possible to transfer villagers if they're in tents or if they're not in boxes
