im having so much trouble getting a perfect town rating

my town is littered with flowers and trees, so i have no doubt im past the tree and flower
requirements, there's no rubbish on the ground, no weeds, i have 27 pwps which i believe is a lot
more than what you need, i don't have the garbage can pwp as well

i forgot to add, isabelle is saying that the citizens want more pwps

im super confused on why i still haven't gotten a perfect town rating

Do you have a lot of the "bad" pwps? What Isabelle says is what your focus should be so if she's mentioning pwp then you probably need to examine more good ones to offset. As long as you have over 50 flowers you're fine with however many. No more than 200 trees but have a minimum of 110.

nope, I have only two bad pwps, the rest are the good ones, I feel like if I had too many trees, it would maybe say something? I guess I'll count them all to make sure I don't have too much

Hm, that's really strange. Yeah, usually it will dialogue for the aspect that you need to work on. I wonder if you have to remove the two bad pwps because it can't be the amount if you have 27.

Isabelle kept saying that to me, and I found out it was because I had too many trees. I cut a bunch down and had the perfect town rating the next day. Good luck, I hope you find the solution!
