Hello! Redd came to my island the same day Leif appeared. I got busy with planting all the things and didn't get the first piece of art from Redd. Blathers reminds me every time I go there to donate that he's waiting for art, but without Redd on the island, I'm not sure how to get started. Do I just need to wait and hope he shows up again? Or is there a way to time travel back and get that first piece of art?

i accidentally did something similar by TTing and not grabbing art when he was there. i'm not sure if the same thing that happened to me is happening to you, but i had to buy art from him on someone else's island and i had him on my island i think the day after next. might want to wait and see if others respond but otherwise buying art from redd on other islands seems to fix any glitches concerning his appearances
