Wondering which cord did u used when you had your 3ds screen appearing on TV. I can't find a simple answer anywhere. People never answered clearly about this and l only found one answer ages ago which of course l don't remember. I need a cord that can plug in a 2ds xl and on the other end with an HDMI port so l can plug into the TV.

l DON'T want to do the way when l have to go to a shop to get my 2ds xl customized for an HDMI port in the console. Too much money there.

as far as I know there are only two ways to play 3DS games on a TV:
1. Download and run an emulator like Citra and use the tv as a monitor.
2. physically mod your 3DS to use an HDMI port.

I've never heard of any way to just plug an unmodded 3ds into a TV and have it work.

My old friend did. She owns a cord that has the same input as the 3ds charger and it had an HDMI. Too bad l lost in contact with her long ago.

I've never heard of such a thing, I suppose the only thing you can really do is try to do more research on the internet. the cord she had could've still been used with a 3ds mod though, even if it was an internal hardware mod.

Do you know where to find the website for the mod because some websites l don't trust.

unfortunately no. in the past if I wanted to play a 3DS game on a tv I simply used the citra emulator. I don't know what kinds of mods are out there for connecting physical hardware to a TV.

also I don't think I am allowed to discuss modding on this forum. it might just be up to your own research.

Okay l will try to ask one of the people on discord on my friend list and see if they know.
