Buying IGBs For TBT

Hello I am willing to buy 37 million IGBs to be able to pay off all my home loans at once and the rest for pwp I am willing to buy all the IGBs for 20 TBT If its too low please tell me I might be willing to bump it up a little~

I don't have the IGBs, but just so you know, the standard rate is 1 tbt = 200k IGB, 5 tbt = 1 mil, etc.
