Buying IGB with TBT

Hi I am looking for 20 mil IGB for 100 TBT

I'll like to pay half in the beginning and then pay the rest when we reach 10 mil IGB. I will also save just in case :)
 
Yay! Sorry for the late ish reply are you free now? Re tail method is okay? Can you drop it off in my friends town if that's okay?
 
Her FC is 1392-7606-1134! We're doing Re-tail method, right? I'll go ahead and send along the 50 TBT now ^^. Her town name is Komachi and her Mayor name is Vivi. Thank you so much for this ^^. Just to be clear, when does she replace the items in re-tail? Can she do it right after you buy it?

Her gates are open now! She asks, can you follow her from the train station? she'll show you the shortest path from the bank to her Re-tail :)
