Buying IGB with 100 TBT

Hey guys, I'm thinking of selling 100tbt. Not really sure if I want to raise the amount..
But I'm in need of IGB for my new town, I'm running really low and have a ton of items I want to put in a house but it needs upgrading. Not only that but I still need it for future PWP and my other two houses! I'm looking for maybe 15mil igb.
