Buying IGB for TBT

I need some IGB to finish some PWPs so I can upgrade my Town Hall. I would do it myself, but I just don?t have the time. I heard about 200,000 IGB is 1 TBT? I don?t know if that?s right, however... If you could like my post or VM/PM me so I can know you replied. Thank you! ^^
