Isnt the rate for igb to tbt something like 1 = 250k?

Looking at other threads and buying IGB many times before, I almost always see the rate as 1 TBT = 200k. So in greater numbers,
100 TBT = 20,000,000 IGB , 500 TBT = 100,000,000 IGB
