Buying IGB for TBT!

I'm new and I'm in need of TBT. I tried selling roses, golden watering cans, hybrids, villagers pictures. Not a lot of people want to buy from me sadly. I have 100 mil IGB and I would reaaaaaally like some TBT to buy villagers, furniture sets, ETC.

From what I can tell 100 TBT equals 10 mil? And since I have a lot of IGB... I'm willing to part with some of it.
