Still getting the same problem hmmm.... I'm not sure what it is. I don't think its my side? I did recently install a new modem but I haven't had any problems with it so far. But this is the first time I have gone to someone's town with the new modem. I wish I had someone to test with to see if its my side. I'll check Nintendo's website to see what I can do or find someone I can test with.

Following Nintendo online, I am stuck on the 2nd step and not sure what to do.

I'm unable to access my network on my browser. I hope this doesn't means I have to go out and get another freaking router. My old one recently blew up due to thunder and lighting. This is really stressing me out.... I'll find a way soon. Without this, I am limited on the 3DS, and I don't want that.
