Trading IGB for TBT bells

I'm looking to trade IGB for some TBT bells! I'm wanting to purchase a username change, but I'm quite far from the 1200 TBT bells requirement. I'm not sure of the exchange rate for IGB bells to TBT bells, so if someone knows, that would be helpful!
