IGB for TBT

i won't be doing this for a long time because i have to wrap up some trades, cycle, and set aside some bells for a friend. you don't have to be on right now! we can set up a time through here or pm if you'd like. i should be free the entire week because i don't have class until next week. my timezone's gmt +8!

i'd prefer to drop them off at your town. we can do the re-tail method too if that's what you prefer. either way, just let me know! i'll update you regarding connection status, because sometimes the quality's better than other...times. (esp, if we're going to do this while there's a lot of people home).

following the exchange rate of 10-15 mil = 100 tbt. i can probably push 20 if you really need the bells? i'd rather not bump the rate up higher, but y'know- i'm not going to be too particular about it anyway. just offer, and i'll do my best to accommodate. ^^ thanks for checking this out!
