If you had $1,000 this December, and let's say you had no games or systems from the PS3/360/Wii generation, what would you buy?

Let's say Wii is $250, and there is no price cut on 360. Also, assume all 3rd party 360 games are $60, first party 360 games are $50 (unless they're less right now), all PS3 games are $60, and all Wii games are $50.

Nintendo has no control over how much 3rd partys charge. All Wii games aren't $50 for sure.

360, a Wii, games for both, a 360 Wireless adapter, and a Live Account.

I'd get a 360 and a Wii, with games for both systems of course, an Xbox Live subscription, and some Virtual Console games.

Haha, my choices practically are the same as Master's.

I'd buy a wii and a 360 then for games 2 of each of the highest rated games then an xbox live subsciption. and for the rest of the money either a plasma screen t.v...a better computer or just deposit the rest.....nvm I'll just buy a hovercar.
