That would be a BAD idea. Most youtube poops, heck, ALL youtube poops contain some form of copyright material. You would get sued if someone found out you were making money off their work.

Well, one of my videos has 12,000 views...


The thing is, I wouldn't be a real partner, only some of my videos would have the partner feature, which means they'll be featured. If I was a full time partner (which I highly doubt) I'd be able to get a cool banner and stuff.
